Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday. Depending upon availability.
Weekly rates include water, gas, and electricity.
Tourist tax is not included. You will have to pay here the sum of € 0.99 per adult and per night.
Bedding and bath towels provided.
The number of people staying in the villa cannot exceed the number of people specified on the contract.
Children up to 2 years old stay for free.
Baby Kit (bed, high chair and bath tub) upon request
For any additional person (sofa bed or day bed), there will be a 140€/week additional charge. Thank you to see with the management the feasibility according to the accommodation.
You must clean the premises before leaving : the villas should be left in impeccable state.Cleaning fee may be charged. If you choose the housecleaning option 120€/140€ depending on the type of housing ( 2 bedrooms : 120€ – 2 bedrooms + mezz and 3 bedrooms : 140€)
We accept dogs, on a leash and clean with a supplement of €100 per week. (1 dog maximum per rental). They must not be left locked alone in accommodation or terrace. Please stop them from barking and climbing on beds and sofas. Be sure to ventilate well and remove all hairs.
Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m.
We accept : cash, and tranfert.
We do not accept credit cards or any cards of payement .
The day of arrival Deposit of 500 € (or identity document), returned on the day of departure after inventory.
BOOKING : ADVANCE PAYMENT of 50% upon reservation.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded.
If canceled within 30 days of the arrival date, you will have to pay the balance. No refund will be granted in the event of early departure.
Provide travel insurance – personal cancellation.
